According to information provided by the mayor's office, a mortgage construction project will be implemented on the returned territory. Currently, demolition work is underway on the existing buildings on the site. In the future, the State Mortgage Company plans to construct multi-story residential buildings.
The Vice Mayor of Manas, Kubanych Imalaniev, reported that the land, previously owned by LLC "Kubanych MM," was returned to state ownership based on a court order.
“There was a corresponding court decision and a request from the prosecutor's office. A state act was issued for the plot, and the land was transferred to the State Mortgage Company,” Imalaniev clarified.
