According to the Internal Affairs Department, in June 2025, an unknown man, having gained the trust of the applicant, claimed to own a 20-acre plot of land in the Chui region, specifically in the villages of Belovodskoye and Aleksandrovka. Under the pretext of selling and processing the necessary documents, he managed to obtain 8,000 dollars from the victim, and then another 4,000 dollars a week later.
As stated in the application, the promised land plot was never formalized, and the money was not returned. Furthermore, the suspect threatened the applicant, referring to allegedly high-ranking individuals, and avoided meetings. As a result, A. K. suffered a financial loss of 1,440,000 soms.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning fraud.

A suspect in land sale fraud has been detained in the Alamudun District.
As a result of operational activities, police officers were able to identify and detain the suspect, K. E., born in 1985, who previously had legal issues for similar crimes. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation also suggests the possible involvement of the detainee in other similar crimes in the Chui region. The investigation is ongoing.
