According to the press service of the department, a citizen named K.E. filed an official complaint regarding the actions of A.A., who, according to him, embezzled $160,000 from October 2023 to February 2024 under the pretext of increasing his capital.
Based on this information, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The detained individual, born in 1999, is currently in custody at the temporary detention facility of the capital's Department of Internal Affairs.
