According to law enforcement agencies, on November 28, a citizen B.A., residing in the Bazar-Korgon district, filed a complaint with the Suzak District Internal Affairs Department. He reported that in the summer of 2025, he purchased a truck of the "HOWO" brand from a local resident Ы.Б. for 3 million soms. The seller promised to promptly re-register the documents, but misled the buyer for a long time.
During the investigation, it was revealed that this cargo vehicle belongs to a road construction company registered in the Noo-Ken district. Thus, the victim incurred losses amounting to 3 million soms.
The case was registered in the Unified Register of Crimes by the investigative department of the Suzak District Internal Affairs Department under Article 209 of the Criminal Code ("Fraud"), and a criminal case was initiated.
As a result of operational actions, the regional police were able to detain the 29-year-old suspect Ы.Б. from the Bazar-Korgon district.
The Suzak District Court determined a preventive measure in the form of arrest for one month.
During the investigation, additional facts of illegal activities concerning the suspect were also uncovered.
