A crime report was filed by citizen S. Ch., who stated that on November 14, unknown individuals exploited glitches in the electronic wallet system to withdraw the specified amount.
Based on these events, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect, A. E., born in 2000, has been identified and taken to the police, where he is currently held in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
The First Mai District Court has determined a preventive measure in the form of arrest for two months in Detention Center No. 1 of Bishkek.
Currently, operational-search activities and technical investigations are being conducted to clarify additional circumstances and possible accomplices in this crime.
