According to the victim, N. B., on September 25, at a car dealership in the residential area "Archa-Beshik," a certain E. offered to exchange his "Volkswagen Passat B-6," valued at 600,000 soms, for a KIA K5 or Hyundai Sonata with an additional payment. However, after receiving the "Volkswagen," the perpetrator sold it to third parties and did not provide another vehicle in return.
In this regard, a criminal case was opened under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect, M. E., born in 2003, was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department. Later, the Lenin District Court decided to keep him in custody in the pre-trial detention center for a period of two months.
