
A 37-year-old local resident named K.B. was detained in the Talas region, suspected of committing a series of livestock thefts totaling 800,000 soms. Investigative authorities have established that this individual may be involved in four episodes of theft, with the victims having already been fully compensated for their losses.
The investigation began after receiving a report on November 30 from a local resident, M.K., who reported the disappearance of four horses from a pasture in October under unclear circumstances. In connection with this, the police opened a criminal case under Article 205-1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning livestock theft.
During operational activities, the police department was able to identify the suspect K.B. and detain him, placing him in a temporary detention facility. During the further investigation, it became known that he may also be involved in three other similar crimes.
