According to the information, on November 30, a local resident born in 1983 named M. K. approached the Talas district internal affairs department. He reported that in October of this year, his four horses, which were on pasture, had disappeared without a trace.
Based on this statement, the investigative service of the Talas district police initiated a criminal case under Article 205 (1) of the Criminal Code, concerning "Theft of livestock." As a result of operational work, police officers were able to detain a suspect — a citizen born in 1988 named K. B., who is also a resident of the Talas district. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative actions revealed that K. B. is involved in three other cases of livestock theft, with the total damage caused to the victims amounting to 800,000 soms.
At this time, the victims have fully compensated for the damage, and additional investigative measures are ongoing.
