According to the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Naryn region, a local resident A. T. from the village of Birlik reported to the police. He stated that a certain individual, introducing himself as D. M., managed to deceitfully acquire two horses at the livestock market in At-Bashy, claiming he would pay within a week. However, the promised amount of 245,000 soms was never paid, and the fraudster disappeared.
This incident was registered at the At-Bashinsky district internal affairs department, after which investigative measures began. During the investigation, it was revealed that this suspect had also committed similar crimes in other districts.
As a result of operational actions, law enforcement officers were able to establish the identity of the suspect — he turned out to be N. D., born in 1987. He was detained in the Chuy region, where he was hiding from justice, by officers of the criminal investigation department from the At-Bashinsky and Naryn internal affairs departments.
After the detention, N. D. was taken to the investigative service of the At-Bashinsky internal affairs department, and by court decision, a preventive measure in the form of arrest for one month was chosen for him.
