According to the Interior Ministry of the Lenin District, a woman named K. G. reported to the police. She stated that in March 2024, a certain T. R., having gained the trust of her grandmother, born in 1947, promised to arrange a land plot of four hundred square meters. Under this pretext, he took 14 thousand dollars from them but did not fulfill his obligations and disappeared.
As a result of operational search activities, T. R., born in 1988, was detained and taken to the investigative department. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
The investigation into this case is ongoing.
