He reported that he was deceived by a citizen named T.S., who, under the pretext of a joint business venture, took possession of a Hi-Phi Z car worth $100,000. According to the victim, T.S. promised to return the money within four months but failed to fulfill his obligations and disappeared.

As a result of operational actions by the police, T.S., born in 1983, was detained. He is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
