On November 15, 2025, a citizen named S.N. reported to the police that on November 13, some unknown individuals were in the residential area "Ala-Too" on 23rd Street. They gained his trust by promising to deliver a Toyota Land Cruiser 300, after which they received 29 thousand 850 dollars from him and disappeared.
In connection with this incident, the Investigative Service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District initiated a criminal case under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, the police detained the suspects — D.S., born in 1982, and K.K., born in 2001. They were taken to the Investigative Service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
