The first to report was N.N., born on December 17, 2006. He stated that on November 24, 2025, between 04:30 and 05:00, his scooter was stolen by unknown individuals while it was parked under the entrance of his house in the Jal microdistrict.
On the same day, I.V. filed a similar report, stating that his black "Maxi" scooter was stolen from under the entrance on Voroshilov Street.
Based on these facts, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigative activities, the police detained two suspects, B.S. and E.T., both born in 2010. Since they are minors, they were handed over to their parents' custody.
It was established that one of the stolen scooters had been disassembled for parts. The investigation is ongoing.
The Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs urges citizens, especially parents, to pay more attention to their children's leisure activities and behavior, as well as to take measures to protect personal property.
