According to the information, on November 14, 2025, a resident of the Suzak district, Ch. T., born in 2007, reported to the Internal Affairs Department of the Toktogul district about an attack. He stated that on November 13, around 23:50, he became a victim of violence by unknown young men aged approximately 20 to 25 years.
This incident was recorded in the Unified Register of Crimes by the investigative service of the Nooken District Internal Affairs Department under Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Robbery"), and a criminal case was initiated.
During the investigation, it was revealed that at the specified time, Ch. T. was providing taxi services in a "Daewoo Matiz" vehicle. Two young men asked him to take them to the city of Shamaldy-Sai. On the bypass road, in the area of the rural district of Burgundy, they attacked the taxi driver: one of them began to strangle him from behind with a rope, while both beat him. After that, they tied his hands and feet and laid him on the back seat of the car, after which they headed towards Bishkek. During the trip, the car had a tire breakdown in the Suusamyr Valley. Taking advantage of the fact that the attackers fell asleep, the taxi driver managed to escape from the car, stop a truck, and reach Toktogul to report the incident to the police.
On November 16, two residents of the Chui region were detained: M. A., born in 2006, and N. A., born in 2008. By the decision of the Nooken District Court, they have been placed in custody for a period of two months," official sources report.
