It is reported that the girl approached the juvenile affairs inspection of the Sverdlovsk district and reported violent actions by her district inspector. Based on her statement, a criminal case was initiated, resulting in the suspect being detained by the Bishkek City Police Department.
As reported by the press service of the Pervomaisky District Court, on December 12, the suspect A.u.A. was placed in pre-trial detention center No. 1, where he will remain until February 11, 2026. He has been charged under Article 154, Part 1 and 3, Clause 2 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the rape of a minor.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
