On December 14, 2025, the Internal Affairs Department of the Jayil District received information from the surgical department of the Jayil District Hospital that a local resident, K.T., born in 1991 and holding the position of deputy head of the checkpoint 'Kainy' of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, was admitted with a preliminary diagnosis of: "Penetrating stab wound, alcohol intoxication." This was reported by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region.
Based on this incident, a criminal case was initiated under the signs provided for in Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Causing serious harm to health).
The investigation established that K.T. was in a state of alcohol intoxication and was consuming alcoholic beverages in the company of citizen A.R. During a conflict that arose, A.R. inflicted a stab wound on K.T. Later, the victim was taken to a medical facility by unknown individuals from the Sosnovsky turn of the city of Kara-Balta.
As a result of operational activities, police officers were able to identify and detain the suspect — A.R., who was arrested and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Within the framework of the criminal case, necessary examinations have been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
