The preliminary examination established that the cause of death of K.E. was closed traumatic brain injury and contusion of the brain, as well as head wounds resulting from inflicted blows. In connection with this situation, a criminal case was initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning causing serious harm to health.
Investigative actions showed that the bodily injuries to the woman were inflicted by her husband E.N., with whom she had consumed alcohol the day before. The suspect has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
