The events unfolded as follows: the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District of Bishkek reported the detention of a suspect in fraud. According to law enforcement agencies, a statement was filed by J. A. He reported that in April 2025, on Moscow Street in Bishkek, a man named T. S. deceitfully took possession of his Hi-Phi Z car worth $100,000, assuring him that they would conduct joint business. However, he did not transfer the promised money and evaded law enforcement.

In connection with the incident, the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District initiated a criminal case under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of operational activities, T. S., born in 1983, was detained. He was taken to the investigative service, and in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.

The investigation is ongoing.
