According to the information, on December 11, the head of the Juvenile Prevention Department of the Sverdlovsk District contacted the local internal affairs department. She stated that an eighth-grade student from one of the schools, named J. A., reported having had close relations with the police officer, which occurred at the end of November 2025.
The investigative authorities of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek have initiated a criminal case under Article 154 "Rape" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. Currently, an active police officer, A. A., has been detained. The decision for his two-month detention was made by the Pervomaisky District Court. The investigation is ongoing.
