It is known that in August 2025, a young woman named K.A., born in 2007, approached the police department. In her statement, she reported that she met a man, who was approximately 30-35 years old, through social media. He promised to help her find a job, but during their meeting in Aravan, he committed a crime—he raped the girl in his car.
Based on this incident, an investigation was initiated, and a criminal case was opened under Article 156 "Coercion to sexual acts" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On August 21, 2025, during operational activities, the suspect, citizen K. uulu J., born in 1996, was detained.
After the investigative actions were completed, the materials of the case were submitted to the court, which imposed a sentence of three years of imprisonment.
