According to information from the investigative authorities, the man has two entry bans into Russia: one is valid until 2027, and the other until 2032. Nevertheless, he violated this ban twice, crossing the border on May 1, 2024, and April 22, 2025.
Criminal prosecution began in August 2025, and a month later, the suspect was declared wanted. He was arrested on November 11 in Tyumen.
The court took into account the absence of registration and official sources of income for the detainee, as well as the lack of stable ties in Russia, which creates the possibility of his fleeing to Kyrgyzstan, where he has a permanent residence. In this regard, the court decided to keep the Kyrgyzstani in custody until January 9, 2026.
