Of the total volume, over 1300 tons were sent to the Republic of Belarus. In addition, onion sets were also exported to Moldova, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Romania, Mongolia, and Kyrgyzstan.
“All products subject to quarantine control were inspected by Rosselkhoznadzor employees and specialists from the Federal State Budgetary Institution ‘VNIIZZh’. Laboratory studies did not reveal any quarantine pests,” the official statement said.
As a result of the inspections conducted, the Office issued 90 phytosanitary certificates confirming the safety of the exported products.
