According to the publication "Moscow Komsomolets," the official in question turned out to be Sergey Shoigu, who holds the position of Secretary of the Security Council of Russia.
Reports indicate that the location for the preparation of the terrorist attack was at the Troyekurovskoye Cemetery in Moscow, where Shoigu was planning to visit the graves of his relatives.
It is also reported that three suspects have been detained: a married couple from Russia and one citizen from Central Asia.
According to media reports, this sabotage group was operating under the guidance of Ukrainian special services.
