After receiving the report, the crime was registered, and an investigation was initiated. As a result of analyzing the materials, a criminal case was opened under Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning coercion to sexual acts. Police officers began conducting operational activities.
On August 21, 2025, during the search operations, the suspect — K. uulu J., born in 1996, was detained.
The case was transferred to court, where following the proceedings, the man was sentenced to three years of imprisonment.
