According to the victim, around 11:30 PM, she was in a car with an acquaintance near the village of Orok. A man approached them, who, claiming to be a police officer, sent her companion to a store. Then, threatening and using physical force, he committed violent acts against her.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed that during an internal investigation, a suspect was identified — a police officer named K.Z., born in 1988. He has been detained and sent to the Investigative Service.
The criminal case and materials related to this incident have been transferred to the investigative unit of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) in Bishkek, and the suspect has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
The investigation is ongoing.
