As evidenced by the case materials available in the State Register of Judicial Acts, Batyr [name changed B.E.] was found guilty by the decisions of three courts, which established the circumstances of his crimes.
In March 2023, using an app, Batyr met A.M.A., born in 2009, who lives in Mailuu-Suu. The schoolgirl introduced herself as a minor. Their communication began in the format of text messages and voice calls. Batyr suggested meeting, and on April 5-6, 2023, he drove his Mercedes-Benz to the schoolgirl's house, where they met.
After that, Batyr visited Mailuu-Suu several times, taking the schoolgirl around the city and buying her sweets. On May 10, 2023, he came to meet her again around 9 PM, promising to take her for a ride. In the evening, after a trip to Kochkor-Ata, he stopped near his workplace, where they continued their conversation in the car.
Despite the girl's resistance, Batyr stated, "I will marry you, we've been talking for two months," and, assuring her of his intentions to marry her when she turns 18, he engaged in sexual intercourse with her, knowing that the schoolgirl was not yet 16 years old.
As a result, on April 9, 2024, the schoolgirl gave birth to a girl in the Osh maternity hospital. Batyr's actions were classified by the investigative authorities as crimes under paragraph 2 of part 3 of article 154 ("Rape") of the Criminal Code, across three episodes.
On January 17, 2025, the Nooken District Court found him guilty on several counts: paragraph 2 of part 3 of article 154 ("Rape") — 15 years of imprisonment, and article 157 ("Sexual acts with a child under the age of sixteen") — 8 years of imprisonment.
As a result, according to article 77 of the Criminal Code, through partial aggregation of the imposed sentences, Batyr was sentenced to 17 years of imprisonment. A general regime correctional colony became the place of his punishment, which begins on May 20, 2024.
According to part 5 of article 80 of the Criminal Code, the time spent in custody before the sentence came into legal force was accounted for as follows: one day of detention is equivalent to two days of imprisonment. The measure of restraint in the form of detention remained unchanged.
On May 27, 2025, the Jalal-Abad Regional Court upheld the decision, and the Supreme Court, on September 24, 2025, left the sentence unchanged.
