
According to police data, on November 10, 2025, a resident born in 1969 reported to the local police station. He stated that on the night of November 9 to 10, an unknown person broke into the door of a grocery store in the village of Mirmakhmudov, stole 5,000 soms from the cash register, and damaged the bank terminal, taking the money that was inside.
The fact of the crime was recorded, and a preliminary investigation was initiated. Based on the collected materials, a criminal case was opened under Article 205 "Theft" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and operational measures were conducted.

During the investigation, the police received three more similar complaints from store owners. In all cases, the perpetrator broke open doors and took money from cash registers and terminals.
According to preliminary estimates, the total damage for the four victims amounted to approximately 536,640 soms.
As a result of operational search activities, the suspect, a citizen born in 1990, was caught in the city of Osh, where he was hiding from law enforcement authorities. The district court decided to place him in custody.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are investigating possible connections of the detainee with other crimes.
