On October 6, a local resident attacked the head of the rural administration, Mirlan Rakishev, during road expansion work.
The incident took place during the demolition of illegal constructions and fences that obstructed traffic. Witnesses claim that the individual, despite repeated warnings, did not remove the structure built in violation of the "red line." During the work, he resisted the rural administration staff and threw a stone at Rakishev's head.
The affected party has filed a complaint regarding the incident. Currently, there is no official information on the progress of the pre-trial investigation, and the suspect has not been detained.
Mirlan Rakishev confirmed the fact of the attack but declined to comment.

On October 6, 2026, a resident of the Kyrgyz-Ata rural area, R.M., went to the Osh City Hospital with minor injuries. The incident was registered, and a forensic medical examination was appointed, which confirmed minor bodily injuries that had a short-term impact on the victim's health.
As a result of the investigative actions, a criminal case was opened under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") against I.J. from the Kyrgyz-Ata rural area. The case materials are being prepared for submission to the court.
