As reported by the Prosecutor's Office of the Jalal-Abad region, this violation was identified during an inspection.
According to information from the regional prosecutor's office, from 2019 to 2022, 7.18 hectares of irrigated land, valued at 67.9 million soms, were unlawfully allocated among 117 citizens for the construction of residential houses.
In connection with this fact, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Abuse of Official Position".
Currently, investigative activities are underway.
