According to the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, cases of illegal allocation of land plots for individual housing construction have been discovered in the Bazar-Korgon district. As a result of an inspection conducted by the prosecutor's office of the Jalal-Abad region, it became known that employees of the Bazar-Korgon district administration, the Akman rural council, and the local village council, as well as representatives of the architecture and state registration authorities, unlawfully included in the master plan lands that were allocated for irrigation and had not undergone the necessary transformation.
According to the statement, from 2019 to 2022, 7.18 hectares of land, valued at 67.9 million soms, were illegally distributed among 117 people for the construction of individual residential houses.

In connection with these facts, a criminal case has been initiated under the article "Abuse of official authority," and investigative activities are currently underway.
