During an inspection conducted by the General Prosecutor's Office, it was established that the building of the kindergarten "Golden Ear" and the adjacent land plot of 1 hectare were used by private individuals in violation of the rules for owning and using municipal property. These properties were not properly registered and were not on the municipal balance sheet.
As a result of the prosecutor's response, the building and land plot, valued at 111 million 93 thousand soms, were returned to state ownership, as stated in the official announcement.
