A social facility worth over 111 million soms has been returned to the state in the Chui region. This was reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the information, the building of the kindergarten "Golden Ear," located in the Alamudun district, as well as the adjacent land plot of 1 hectare, had long been used by private individuals in violation of the norms regarding the ownership and use of municipal property. This occurred without proper registration and accounting on the municipal balance.
“As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, the kindergarten building and the land plot, valued at 111 million 93 thousand soms, were returned to state ownership,” the message states.
