According to information provided by the Ecological and Technical Supervision Service, it was established during the inspection that the order issued following the previous inspection had not been fulfilled. In particular, necessary work to clean up the unauthorized dump on the banks of the Kara-Darya River in the area of the Zhańy Jer section of the Jiyde village had not been carried out.
As a result, the leadership of the rural district was fined 13,000 soms in accordance with part 1 of Article 434 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which pertains to the failure to comply with lawful decisions and orders of authorized bodies.
Despite this, during the inspection, local management staff carried out cleanup work, and the area was cleared.
