According to the press service of the ecological and technical supervision, during the inspection, a citizen was found engaged in illegal waste disposal. As a result, he was fined 7,500 soms in accordance with Article 115 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to the dumping, storage, and burning of waste in unauthorized places.
The location where the waste was being dumped was near the "Elita" enterprise. In this regard, the inspectors took measures to collect the waste and clean the area. Additionally, signs prohibiting waste dumping were installed at the site to prevent similar violations in the future.
