According to information from local authorities, on November 17, city hall employees recorded a violation falling under Article 115 of the Code of Offenses, concerning the illegal dumping, storage, and burning of waste in prohibited places.
The offender was fined 5,500 soms, and a protocol was drawn up for the illegal disposal of the sheep carcass. In the village named after Kainazarov, there is a designated place for the disposal of dead animals.
The cost of the annual contract for the use of this facility is 15,000 soms.
