Currently, there is an increase in the number of citizens at the airport welcoming pilgrims returning from Umrah. Law enforcement officers are actively fining those who come into the view of video cameras and completely cover their faces.
According to Article 127¹ of the Code of Violations, citizens who conceal their faces in public places may be fined 20,000 soms.
