As representatives of the State National Security Committee (GKNB) found out, all detained foreigners arrived in Kyrgyzstan on tourist visas and were engaged in labor activities, which is a violation of the legislation.
Foreign citizens were fined a total of 66,000 soms, while the legal entity that allowed them to work received a fine of 65,000 soms for violating the rules for attracting and using foreign labor in accordance with Article 93 of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic reminds employers of the consequences for violations in the attraction and use of foreign labor.
