The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has announced the introduction of penalties against a number of financial organizations for violations of legislation and its own rules.
In particular, one payment organization was fined 55,000 soms for failing to comply with the requirements of the legislation and the regulations of the NB KR.
Two exchange offices in Bishkek were also fined for the same reason, with each receiving a similar fine of 55,000 soms.
In addition, the Talas regional office of the NB KR fined citizen K.B. J. 17,500 soms for conducting exchange operations with cash foreign currency without the appropriate license.
