A Kyrgyz citizen was fined 20,000 soms for a post on social media

She stated that the information was taken from the internet


In Bishkek, at the Lenin District Court, it was reported that a Kyrgyz citizen was fined 20,000 soms for her publication on social media.

This decision was made on October 23. According to the case materials, Asel Tynchtykbek kyzy, born in 1991, posted on her social media on September 23 that citizen D. Kazakbaeva, an employee of school No. 14, was detained on charges of corruption, after which she was appointed as the director of school No. 13.

During the proceedings, the accused stated that the information was obtained from the internet.

The court decided to hold her accountable under Article 1071 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
