According to the environmental protection service, the work of a branch of the Center for General Medical Practice was examined. During the inspection, it was found that medical and other waste had been disposed of in locations that do not comply with established norms and legislation.
“The responsibility for the identified violations was assigned to citizen Z.D., who serves as a guard at this medical institution,” the agency clarified.
He was fined 7,500 soms in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 115 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to the disposal and storage of waste in inappropriate places.
Additionally, the management of the medical institution and the employees responsible for waste disposal received a warning about the necessity to comply with the rules regarding the collection, storage, and disposal of medical waste.
