During the inspection, specialists found that the company lacked the necessary technical permits. As a result, the activities of "Granit LTD" were temporarily suspended until the necessary corrective measures were completed.
In addition, the company was fined 86,000 soms for violating several articles of the Code of Offenses: 209 (failure to comply with the requirements of the state ecological expertise), 230 (violation of the procedure for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere), and 245-3 (use of natural resources without permission).
After the completion of all restoration works, a follow-up inspection will be conducted with laboratory analyses. Depending on the results obtained, additional measures may be taken.
If the requirements are not fully met, the materials regarding the suspension of the company's activities will be forwarded to law enforcement agencies, as noted by the Ecological Supervision Service.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the founder and director of Granit LTD is Abdyrahmanov Tuygunbek Abdyrahmanovich, and the main activity of the company is railway construction. The re-registration date is August 4, 2025.
