According to Asanbek Mamyrayimov, the head of the administration, on November 16, 2025, a complaint regarding this video was received by the regional office of the Environmental and Technical Control Service. "Based on this complaint, permission was obtained for an unscheduled inspection of OsOO 'Granite LTD' through the regional representation of the Ministry of Economy. During the inspection, it was found that the enterprise had not provided the necessary technical documents. As a result, upon notification to the owner, the workshop's operations were temporarily suspended until the identified violations were rectified," Mamyrayimov clarified.
In addition, in accordance with Articles 209 ("Evasion of passing or failure to comply with the requirements of state environmental expertise"), 230 ("Violation of the procedure for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere"), and 245-3 ("Use of natural resources without permission") of the Code of Offenses, administrative fines totaling 86,000 soms were imposed on the enterprise, and explanatory work was carried out," the head of the administration reported.
After the completion of all necessary repair work, a follow-up inspection with laboratory analysis will be conducted. If the directives are not fully complied with, the case materials will be forwarded to law enforcement agencies for action, up to and including the possible closure of the enterprise.
