As a result of the inspection carried out by the ecological supervision service, cases of illegal wastewater discharge into unauthorized and unregulated zones were discovered, as well as violations of environmental and sanitary standards by two entrepreneurs.
As a result, the violators were fined a total of 56,000 soms in accordance with Article 2361 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to violations of the procedure for discharging wastewater into the environment.
The inspectors also issued directives for the mandatory elimination of the identified violations and conducted explanatory activities.
