During operational activities, a foreign citizen E.S., born in 1966, was identified and detained, who had previously had legal issues for similar crimes. He was detained in accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
