
In Kyrgyzstan, the Cabinet has approved a new list of categories of workers who perform labor under special conditions. This decision was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
According to information provided by the Cabinet's press service, the main goal of this resolution is to legally regulate working hours for workers engaged in labor under special conditions, in accordance with the country's Labor Code, taking into account the specifics of their work and the level of workload.
This document was developed based on the updated version of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. It includes more than one hundred categories of workers from various sectors.
The implementation of this resolution is expected to improve the legal regulation of labor relations and enhance the efficiency of labor norming and planning of work processes.
