At international forums, the high tourist potential of the republic is regularly emphasized, as noted by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev in an interview with local television channels on December 18.

Kasymaliev pointed out that to attract tourists, it is necessary to improve infrastructure, primarily roads and airports. "This is extremely important for forming routes," he added.

According to the head of the Cabinet, the modernization of domestic airports has already been carried out in cities such as Karakol, Batken, Razakovo, Naryn, and Kerben. Additionally, the construction of a new terminal at Manas Airport is ongoing, which will meet international requirements.

Kasymaliev also touched upon the topic of Kyrgyzstan's exit from the aviation "blacklist." He expressed hope that next year the republic would be able to leave this list and restore the ability to operate flights to European Union countries.

New tourist facilities are actively being built in the regions of the country, including ski resorts. "The Ala-Too Resort project is developing, and a four-lane road is being constructed for it. In the Tyup district, in Karkara, a ski resort will also be built," he reported.

Separately, Kasymaliev emphasized the importance of training qualified personnel for the tourism industry. "Tourists should receive service at the level of the best countries in the world. We have a business council with Germany, and we have agreed on joint training of specialists in the service sector according to international and German standards," he noted.

The head of the Cabinet added that the training of specialists is planned not only for the local labor market but also with the possibility of employment in Germany. This, according to him, will help acquire practical experience and improve the quality of service in Kyrgyzstan.
