During the event, the head of the Cabinet, along with the prime ministers of the member and observer countries of the EAEU, visited the museum in the "Atom" pavilion, located in the exhibition complex VDNH. This pavilion is considered the most important educational center dedicated to the development of the nuclear industry.
The museum's exhibits highlight the history of the use of atomic energy, starting from the early steps of the Soviet atomic project and ending with modern achievements.
Kasymaliev then continued his participation in the international conference on scientific and technical cooperation, which was held in the same complex.
The conference showcased various systems for the purification of gases and liquids aimed at ensuring environmental safety and energy efficiency. Robotic technologies for the safe sorting and labeling of radioactive waste, developments of materials and components for lasers, optoelectronics, medicine, and 5G were also discussed. Additionally, an environmentally friendly insecticide based on spider venom toxin for plant protection against pests was presented, and a scientific network was established, along with presentations related to access to radiation facilities.
