He noted that this year, under favorable circumstances, the opening of 115 new industrial enterprises is planned.
The head of the government emphasized the importance of creating jobs not only in the capital but also in the regions to reduce the level of internal migration. In this context, he cited Uzbekistan as an example, where each new enterprise has a responsible minister assigned to it.
“We returned with a concept that assigned 124 enterprises, of which 115 are already in the process of being launched. I distributed them among the ministers, as it is important to create favorable conditions for investors. At the middle and lower levels, bureaucratic barriers often arise,” said Kasymaliev.
According to him, each minister is responsible for three or four facilities, and heads of relevant state agencies have also been involved.
“Now, when I visit the regions, everyone knows who is overseeing each facility. The minister is responsible for any issues that arise, and they are resolved on the spot,” he added.
Kasymaliev also noted the activity of some ministers, in particular, the Minister of Internal Affairs responds quickly to emerging issues. After his visits to the regions, the activity of other ministers has also increased.
Moreover, the government is actively working to attract large investors to the regions.
“We go out to the sites ourselves, resolve land issues, and in some cases, we take on the provision of necessary infrastructure,” he reported.
As an example, Kasymaliev mentioned the situation in the Kemin district of the Chui region, where the state ensured the construction of a road and the provision of electricity.
“When such issues are resolved in advance, investors come more quickly,” concluded the head of the Cabinet.
