The simplification of bureaucratic processes has become a crucial factor for ensuring stable economic growth, as stated in an interview with television channels by the Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev.

During the conversation, he summarized the government's work over the past year and highlighted key achievements.

According to Kasymaliev, the country's president outlined several priority tasks, including maintaining the growth of the gross domestic product at no less than 9%, attracting investments, and, above all, improving the living standards of citizens.

He noted that the main focus of his activities has been on these areas. The head of the cabinet also reminded about the strategic development program for 2021–2026, the objectives of which were achieved ahead of schedule. Moreover, a new development program, approved by a presidential decree, has been developed until 2030.

Kasymaliev emphasized that it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain high rates of economic growth each year, which makes the issue of reducing bureaucracy particularly relevant. In this regard, work has been concentrated on three key aspects: reviewing all regulatory legal acts, optimizing the functions of government bodies to avoid duplication, and changing legal norms that protect high-level executives, which facilitates the implementation of reforms.

The interdepartmental commission held five meetings as part of this work. As a result of the meetings, amendments were made to 39 laws and 19 new draft laws were prepared. The remaining documents, according to Adylbek Kasymaliev, will be reviewed in the near future.
