An important meeting was held at the Council on Science, Innovations, and New Technologies
Adylbek Kasymaliev stated that scientific research and innovations play a key role in ensuring sustainable socio-economic growth, technological sovereignty, and the security of the country.
“The meeting participants discussed the current state of the scientific sphere, existing problems, as well as ways to improve the work of the National Academy of Sciences and the need to strengthen state support in the field of geology,” the press release noted.
As a result of the meeting, a decision was made to gradually increase funding for scientific research, as well as to develop state orders for scientific projects and modernize the geological sector. Scientific research and geology were identified as key areas of state policy.
